This notice describes the LDB-X public website and its enquiry composer. It does not replace the terms and privacy notice of a bank, issuer, tokenisation provider or other regulated service.

Who to contact

API Connect Ltd is identified as the company behind the LDB-X trade name. Current corporate information is shown on Corporate & regulatory. Privacy enquiries can be sent to support@nfc.money.

Information entered into the form

Name, organisation, email, intended market and message remain in the browser until you choose to open your email application. The composer does not submit them to a website database. If you send the email, your mail provider and the receiving mailbox process the message to deliver and respond to the enquiry.

Hosting and external links

The hosting provider receives technical connection information, such as IP address and requested resources, to deliver the website. External email, WhatsApp and document services have separate privacy practices. See the cookie notice.

Enquiries and your choices

Send only information needed for the initial discussion. Do not send identity documents, passwords or complete payment-card details. Contact the privacy email to request information about access, correction, deletion or other applicable rights. Retention periods, lawful bases, international transfers and the controller for a subsequent service need to be confirmed in its applicable notice before onboarding.

This website notice covers the public website and enquiry journey. Service-specific onboarding is governed by the applicable operating-company policy, retention schedule and provider privacy notices.
