Regulated or programme provider
Performs its contracted issuing, execution, custody, payment or other applicable role.
Applicable infrastructure
Processes the approved card, banking, payment or other financial-service workflow.
End-user product or service
Operates within the agreed eligibility, activation, territory and service terms.
A technology integration, API connection or commercial relationship does not itself constitute a regulatory licence. Funds do not pass through LDB-X merely because its technology connects the customer journey; the applicable funds flow must be documented separately.
