NFC Money is the LDB-X product division focused on tokenised payment cards and NFC-enabled wearables.
How a tokenised payment works
In a supported programme, tokenisation substitutes a payment credential with a token managed within the issuer and token-service arrangement. A passive NFC wearable communicates with a compatible reader using energy from the reader’s field. Neither NFC hardware nor a token by itself establishes a valid issuing programme.
Issuing & activation
The applicable issuer, token-service provider, eligible credential and activation process need to be identified for the selected programme before use.
Payment methods
Contactless acceptance depends on the issuer, network and terminal. Apple Pay, other mobile wallets and particular funding currencies are not confirmed as universally supported by this catalogue.
Territories
No universal territory list is represented. Request written confirmation for the issuing country, distribution market and end-user eligibility.
